Knowing I wanted to make an impact in the academic world, I began my professional journey as a campus recruiter at Arizona State University. My talent for connecting with students and guiding them through the admissions process led me to become the Director of Admissions at ASU’s Polytechnic Campus.

From there, I expanded my expertise beyond academia, leading recruitment programs at some of the world’s most prestigious institutions and companies, including NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, UC Berkeley’s Haas Graduate School of Business, Slack Technologies, NVIDIA Technologies, and NBA 2K’s Visual Concepts.

Over the years, I've worked with thousands of students and career candidates, helping them navigate the competitive landscape of college admissions and corporate hiring. One undeniable trend stood out: many talented candidates were rejected not because of their qualifications, but because of poor interview performance. I saw firsthand how individuals with the intellectual and technical skills to succeed still failed to land opportunities due to ineffective communication and lackluster interview skills.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communications and a Master’s in Education, blending my expertise in communication and teaching to help students and professionals achieve their academic and career goals.
